The Client Guide
1. TELL ME ABOUT YOUR PET! Complete the New Client Form to tell me all about your pet and their personality as well as your preferences for the photo session. You and I will discuss all your options and put together a personalized session just for you!
2. REVIEW & SIGN YOUR CONTRACT. Once all the details are finalized, I will send you my pet Photography Contract as well as the invoice for your session’s retaining fee. This will be due with your signed contract to reserve your appointment date on my schedule. This retaining fee is non-refundable. Your session isn't considered reserved until I receive both.
3. PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION. Check out the Frequently Asked Questions section of my website to help prepare you and your pet for our session! I'll be sending you an email with some tips as well.
4. CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITES! Images will be ready as early as 2 weeks from your session appointment. Once the processed photo proofs are ready for viewing, I will contact you to schedule our in-person ordering session. You are welcome to invite anyone you wish to this session to help you make your decision. Online ordering sessions are also available if your schedule is less flexible for meeting in person. I will help you to narrow down your favorites and to choose the fine art that best displays the images you chose. With my signature sessions, I do provide social media sized photos with watermarks at no cost to you, but note that these do not come with a print release and may not be edited in any way (including cropping out the watermark).
